Optimal Property Trading Ltd
Founded in 2020, we acquire, improve and reposition property across the North West of England. Since inception we’ve delivered over 60 high-quality bedrooms and worked alongside established housing providers and a select group of private funding partners.
I personally invest in every project I take on.

We work with a small, select pool of private investors who fund our strongest property projects, secured against real assets.
- 10–12% annual interest (typical, project dependent)
- 12-month terms, option to roll forward
- Interest paid monthly or at term end
